CRM 7.0, Rule Policy, Action Send Auto Acknowledge

Hello,

I tried to create a new rule with the IC Manager in CRM 7.0. I'm setting up a rule with action "Send Auto Acknowledge". In field mail form I'm not able to to find a mail form ID. I have set up a mail form in crm_erms_mailtempl and crm_erms_mailforms but I'm not able to select them in the action. Any idea?

Hello,

In SAP CRM7.0 the transaction codes you mentioned are no longer supported.

So kindly create your mail forms via WebUI, and double check: I'm pretty sure you will see the new forms.
