reg warehouse stocks

hi,

i have a problem related with stock overview.i am maintain a material with warehouse upto bin level.when i check the stock it shows the stock value unrestricted plant stock= 41,000,but in my warehouse available stock is 21,000.i just want to know about remaining stock.My requirement is equal the stock level in storage location and warehouse .how to equal the difference? solve my issue.

Please check whather there exists any open transfer requirements which have not been converted into TOs and confirmed .

please check the t code LX23.
