wage types in basic pay accepting only after one month of hiring

Hi gurus,

I have done all the config settings for IT0008,wagetype settings n also payscale tpe,area,grup n level . then i have generated the payroll periods. my company start date is 01.01.1995.i hae given retro as 10 1994 i.e 01.01.1995 n payroll period as 09 1994. n generated payroll periods from start date 01.01.1995. the payroll has to generate from 09 1994 i.e dec 1994 but it shows only from 10 1994 i.e jan 1995. now my problem is when i hire an employee n try to maintain IT0008,it is not generating the w.ts,rather it says w.ts not created, but if i try to maintain IT 0008any date after exact one month from date of hiring,it accepts n generates the w.ts. i dont understand where is the prob. plzz help!!!!!
