hi experts,
I created a new company, and everything is normal. I can add a sales order, delivery, and A/R Invoice....
but now, a user wants to add a journal entry manaually, a error message happened: cannot resolve the collation conflict between "Chinese_PRC_CI_AS" and "Chinese_Taiwan_stroke_CI_AS" in the equal to operation (NNM1).
I checked my database, I sure all tables are in "Chinese_Taiwan_Stroke_CI_AS", but why SBO don't let me add a journal entry manaually and said collation conflict? Thanks...
Hi,
You may need to check your SQL Server collation to see what is current.
Thanks,
Gordon
