Dear All,
I installed local portal server in my machine. when i cilck that content administration -
Thanks.
Patrick,
1.How do you access your server?
Is it using the fully qualified domain name or the ipaddress?
Ex: If your using http://<IP address>:<Portnumber>/irj/portal that is incorrect.
Access you portal like http://<abc.xyz.com>:<Portnumber>/irj/portal
2.You might want to check the roles.
I guess you already have the Content Admin role assighned.
3. You also should have a look at the permission on the PCD, right click on the PCD and select permissions and see if your user name has the rights to access the PCD.
Cheers!

Hi Patrick,
Have you made an entry for the FQDN in the services file on your server machine. If not, please do so at the following location
add a line to file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts :
<server IP> <server FQDN>
Additionally, as indicated by Sandeep please check the permissions for your role in PCD.
Regards
Nikhil
