do you know any source where I can find information about SAP CRM 7.0 and IS-U integration?

I am interested in trainings, books and any other solutions.

I know that there exists a SAP Training course. Can't remember the code though: something like IUT235...

But all cookbooks regarding integration between ISU and CRM can be found here:

Then goto:

Product information >> SAP CRM for utilities >> Cookbooks and guidelines

Thanks for the info. I am also looking for the above thing. Material at the path that you gave has all the old material (CRM 4.0 and 5.0 - webclient), is it that the integration framework and other things have not changed at all since that time? Though CRM has changed a lot since that time.

Are you sure you checked the right link ?

Because I've just double checked again, and [contract integration|https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/_{sapdownload/011000358700001143442009E/ContrIntegr_021009_e.pdf] is a CRM7.0 dedicated cookbook. Also [How to use the BOL TREE|https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/}sapdownload/011000358700000238352009E/How_to_use_BOL_Tree.pdf] or [Process framework|https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700001113322009E/Utilities_Prozess_FW_en.pdf] are brad new...

You can also find valuable information in the RKT section... but you will need an OSS ID with special authorizations. Ask your SAP advisor.
