Why cann't fill the field "doc no"and"item" both in the key-field in DSO?

Hi , experts

In the DataSource 2LIS_02_ITM data extracting into the DSO, why cannot fill the field "purchasing doc no"and"item" both in the key-field, but only can fill the "purchasing document number" and pur group and vendor and others except 'item' in the key-field?. why?

the 'item' data I mentioned like '10,20,30,40..' you know.

Check your Transformation/Transfer Rules mapping to make sure that the PO Item from the source DataSource is mapped to the PO Item on the target DSO. If the mapping is incorrect, then repair the mapping.

If the mapping is correct, then the source should feed the target as long as the source data exists.

thank u for reply. I mean the problem happened when I create the DSO and then I want set the key-fields with doc no and item, it can not be set. only can set the key-fields with doc no and vendor and pur grp and others except item.

Do you get any particular error while setting up the item as Key Field ?

Hi,

There shouldn't be any problem like this, but still please check if you have that Item info-object in the data-fields of the DSO. If it's already present then just delete the data and drag that Item infoobject from the data-field part to the key-fields part and try to activate it. If it's not present in your DSO then just right click on the key-fields part and add the Item as direct input. Which is the info-object that you are using as Item?

item - 0PO_ITEMS

doc no - 0DOC_NUM

The item 0PO_ITEMS is a key-figure and you cannot use it as a key-field. Please choose a different info-object.

Hi,

Follow bellow steps:

1. Check the Fileds in Datasource which are under the Selection or Hide column.

2. Check the Data in RSA3.

3. Check the Data in PSA as well.
