Events Started repeatedly

Hello masters, how you doing?

When i create a Purchase Requisition the business object trigger the event RELEASESTEPCREATED. It is normal, but, the problem is that event is started four times, at the same time.

Already anyone here confront this problem?

How do i do to fix it?
