Subcontracting

Dear Guru,

I've created a subcontracting PO for 5000qty,out of which i've issued 3000 to S.C and have also done GR of the same qty.

I've to issue remaining qty to S.C but system give error that PO qty is 0,plz guide me how do i issue the matl S.C.

Hi Vijay,

1) Check the GR quantity ( remaining open quantity )

2) Check the BOM relation ship between the ROH material and HALB material in CS02.

3) Also ensure that the item is not deleted in the PO for further processing.

Have you checked the plant has sufficient stocks are not?

stocks are enough but still it is not allowing

you can monitor stock at subcontractor by Me2o tcode also through mb51 for movement type 541 you can check how many stock provide to vendor, if ti not working then do one thing create new po and send stock agaist this new po.

Hi vijay,

Check in mmbe with the material number and plant and check the qty in the line "Matl prov. to vendor", if it shows 2000 then u have issued the full PO qty. So u put GRN for the remaining qty using the PO.
