Not able to find the notes for Crystal Reports

Hi All,

Last one week I am not able to see the notes for Business Objects(KBase-Crystal Reports). when i click the new notes link i got the errror message like "500- server error - contact your administrator".

Kindly help me, where can i get Business objects' notes.

There were issues on our support site last week. Try again, it should work now.

Hi Aswin,

I always use this link which you mentioned but last few days i can't able to search the Notes for crystal reports, even i searched notes id as a keyword.

Kindly do the needful.
