    SPRO-> IMG-> MM-> Purchasing-> Messages-> Output Control->Message Types->Define Message Types for Purchase Order-> Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order

    Maintain the new output type with Chnage operation in the configuration

    This should resolve ur issue

    Hello,

    I have checked option: Fine tuned Control (For purchase Order)

    I am using conditiojn type NEU and Operation indicator 1 and 2 (ie Create and change) both are active. I am able to get message type triggered after creation. But not able to get message type triggered after change.

    Are there specific fields in PO which can trigger output.

    regards,

    Parshuram

      Yes based on the change in certain fields this can be controlled.

      SPRO-> IMG-> MM-> Purchasing-> Messages->Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes

      Check the field you are change will trigger a change message

      Usually standard fields related to Material like qty, price, delivery date trigger the changes

      Thanks & Regards

    Hello,

    What do you mean PO change,

    Not any modification in PO will trigger a re-print. Example if I change just the " PO item text or release text" no reprint will be triggered.

    Only field that are already mentionned in table T166P are relevant for reprint.

    You can maintain entry in this table through the below link:

    Transaction OLME>Purchasing>Messages---> Text for messages

    Hello Guys,

    I have created new message type which should get triggered after PO document creation/change.

    I have assigned this message type to PO type using MN04. I have removed all other message types assigned to this order type.

    However when document is PO created is created, I am not able to see any output assigned to PO.

    When I go in change mode, and try to manually trigger new output message type, system is not showing me new message type but showing all old message types as possible entries.

    Have I missed any config.

    regards,

    Parshuram
