While posting of ko22 system is asking order i give the order then after system is asking annual budget in this 20000, while saving of document system popup one error message

Diagnosis

The total budget 0.00 INR in order 100000 is less than the cumulative budget 20,000.00 INR.

The cumulative budget is the total of the annual budgets.

Hi

The total of all the year-wise (annual) budget should be equal to or less than Overall total (cumulative) budget.

Logic is that if the yearwise budget is Rs.100000, then the overall budget which is total of all the years cannot be less than annual budget.

Could you please explain detailed information in ko22 like system it will asking 2008 to 2012 in this one, year 2009 i give 100000 value while saving of document system popup error message.

You have to enter both the overall budget (at the top of the entry section) and the annual budgets. Otherwise, you get this error message. Look again at the screen in KO22 more carefully.
