Manually I can identify all ST's linked to a Case in the WebIC. However, until I look at the business content of the ST I am not informed how the Case text was relayed to the BP.
For example, the case text could be sent to the BP as an e-mail, letter or fax, of which 99.9% seem to be sent via e-mail.
I am trying to identify (view) any letter created by a number of cases. When you have nearly 100 ST's assigned to a case it can be hard work to open each linked ST. So, I hope there is an alternative method to detect letters created.
Obviously the BP settings should determine whether an e-mail or letter is created as the result of a Case, but wondered if there are any standard reports/tools available. Or maybe just linking a number of tables to get the required result.
