need sapnote fro 4.7 in lt22 TOs are not conformed and message L3,503

i need sap note for 4.7 version for my below problem i ahve 4.6c note

in LT22 tcode i have a lot of old open TOs (year 2007).

This TOs can't be canceled (LT25) nor confirmed (LT12).

Please help to get rid of these old TOs.

why that tos not confirmed or canceled an the message that gaven is L3,503QUANT&

&DOES NOT EXIST.WHT is reson for this.
