exchange rate

Hi,

I am facing a very baffling problem. In IDES, when I maintain the TCURR table, the rate is reflected at the time of contract creation.

But when I am working in sandbox, I get a message no rates maintained in TCURR, I have maintained rates in this client also.

Any ideas what might be missing?
