Condition record text - tax condition

Dear all,

In the condition records, it is possible to maintain a text.

If you go to transaction VK12, enter condition type e.g. MWST & open it. Choose in the menu "goto" -> "condition texts".

2 texts descriptions are shown by default:

- Internal comment

- Concluding comments

One can store text in these fields.

However, my question is:

- can we create additional text comments/text fields, like a third description to store text for different purposes via customizing?

- if yes, how to create this additional text in customizing?
