Fellow CRM Experts, Is there a document which describes how to revert back the changes done by EEWB?

Appreciate any links on that.

Thanks

Prasad

Hello,

Did you face any problem with the "DELETE" function available by Right-Click an any object of your EEW project?

Because as far as I'm concerned, I'm pretty happy with it. Never faced any problem so far.

Kind regards,

Nicolas Busson.

Hi NIcolas, I did try that but is there a step to be followed after that? It deleted wth some tables reamining partially activated and transaction was failing. I tried for Sales Order object.

A step by step approach would help as this may be different for different objects.

Thanks

Prasad

Bizarre...

Sorry but I'm not aware of any post deletion step. But sometimes there are some BADI that you need to re-activate manually.

I never faced any issue with some tables partially activated. Didn't you change something manually?

Regards,

Nicolas Busson.

Hi Prasad,

For reversing the EEWB fields SAP doesn't have any standard procedure. Reversing a field added by EEWB is a pretty tricky thing. If everything goes fine it is well and good else it will give a pretty hard time. May be you can take the help of your basis guys to delete some of those extensions with which you are facing problem while deleting in EEWB.

Instead of using EEWB in CRM 7.0 go ahead and use AET. This has a special feature as each field gets added as a new append to the structures and tabes, you can store each field in a seperate transport. If you want to go ahead with those fields you can transport them to quality syatem.... else leave those fields in developement itself.

Bhargava.
