NACE configuration to Trigger IDOC when Outbound Delivery has been created.

Hi All,

Can any body please guide me to do the necessary configurations to be made in NACE in such a way that IDOC should be triggered as soon as Outbound Delivary has been created in R/3.

Hi,

In the NACE transaction, Click on the APPLICATION V2 and create a new OUTPUT type with Z as prefix

In the Processing Routine Tab in the control data enter the MEDIUM as 6 which is the EDI and maintain the PROGRAM & SMARTFORM as developed by the ABAPer

Now maintain the CONDITION RECORDS with the MEDIUM 6 and the LS as Partner function

Now with the Help of your ABAPer, define the PARTNER PROFILES in WE20 and the Message types .

This will trigger the OUTBOUND idoc to the other system.

Hi,

Maintain only EDI for your output type in "NACE" T.Code and remove all other transmission mediums.

Enter the program name as "RSNASTED".

Enter the form routine as "EDI_PROCESSING".

After triggering the output type,click on processing log which gives you the IDOC number.

Goto the T.Code "WE02" T.Code and check your Outbound IDoc.
