COGI error

Hi Experts,

I have an issue with COGI transaction wherein i encountered an error which is "Field overflow occurred during conversion".

I corrected the error to my proof density on batch it should be 0.001 rather than 0.000001. I tried to reprocess it but the systme wont allow me. Please advise.

Thanks

Ellen

Hi,

Not sure on the exact background of the error, but based on what i am able to understand.

In COGI, double click on this entry & change the value you find in the quantity field to 0.001 & then click save. Check if it resolves the issue.

Actually the PI Sheet were I issue the component was discarded. Can I still correct the error in COGI even though the PI Sheet was on discard status?

Thanks

Hi,

I presume by discarded you mean, it has been deleted. So if it has been deleted, then why do you want to clear the COGI entry?

As once you clear from COGI this component will be issued to the order, which is not what is required. So delete this entry from COGI.

Revert if you face any issues.

Regards,

Vivek
