Creating Additional Information - long text - work order

Hello guys,

In the long text of work order there is an option to create additional information by clicking on

Insert command button. In the window 'Creating Additional Information' after selecting 'Link'

radio button fields such as 'Char. Format', 'Key' and 'Text' become active. But when clicking

F4 in the 'Char. Format' field I'm getting following information: 'No character formats exist that allow the selections'

Do you have any idea what is missing on our side?
