Restriction of Appraisal

I'm new with SAP HCM and I'm trying to implement objective appraisal without ESS. I would like to know, directly into SAP, how the managers can only see and change appraisal of his direct employees, according to Organizational Structure, (e.g. APPCHANGE and APPDISPLAY).

Please could you help me, giving me the steps?

Hi Sivani

The first steps in Appraisal is APPCREATE (Transaction Code) for creating Appraisal. When you creating status will be preparation and after filling it will be changed to planning status.

When you looking in to APPCHANGE or APPDISPLAY . Managers can give their name in selection screen in APPRAISER along with template name and status.
