Hello,

You can check note 1156699, which makes the price for free items changeable.

The only exception is when you have a contract assigned to the catalog item, so changing the price will not be possible.

Kind regards,

Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks help.

I have deleted all the contract related info mappings in the OCI setting during transfer the item from catalog to SC. So i think may be we could change the system behavior as the notes mentioned to support our business scenario. The note you mentioned that we can not open it in SAP support portal, it remind us "The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is released internally only"

****************update********************

The price could be changed after implemented the note 1156699, many thanks for help.

Note 693175 - Making free items changeable

If you transfer items with a price of 0.00 from the catalog to the shopping cart, the price is not ready for input in the shopping cart.

Other terms

Pricing, e-procurement, zero price, shopping cart

Reason and Prerequisites

This is the standard system response as of EBP 3.5 Support Package 05 or Note 569275.

Solution

If you want to change the price after you transfer the item to the shopping cart, implement the attached correction instructions.

This consulting note was created for specific Support Package levels. The context parts may have changed. If you cannot use transaction SNOTE to implement this note automatically, you must find the context parts manually and use the Modification Assistant to adjust the source code manually. This is because separate correction instructions do not exist for each Support Package level.

please see the attachment code for relevent code
