Open tif files with 000 extension with SAP ECL viewer

Hello, I want to open tiff files (but with .000 extension) with the SAP ECL viewer.

Now I am able to open files with .tif extension correctly, but if the file is renamed with .000 and the attached as an original to a SAP document, when I want to view the file the system raise an error "Unable to open document".

It's possible to open this .000 files with SAP ECL viewer ?

Hi,

When the system is giving you an error message saying that it "Cannot open 000 files", this means either:

1. You need to identify a program that can open the file

2. Or your registry may be damaged

ECL will not be able to open this file extensions.
