Hi SDNs,

I work on 3.5 BW workbench.

I find the update time of request is 06:05:58 on the management screen of DSO,but in RSICCONT, it is 22:05:58. There is an 8 hours' difference.

I have set my account ,ALEREMOTE, BW SERVER,Sys. Time Zone and my computer in a same time zone.

could you tell me why?

Best regards

Hi Tianli,

The timestamp in the RSICCONT table will be like this.

20.081.007.142.758 It means,

Updated Date : 07.10.2008

Time : 16:27:58 (from the right end toward left for last 6 characters are time). only updated time will be there, not the request starting time.

Check are you checking for the correct request or not, becasue it should be same.

Hope this helps.

Hi Veerendra,

I have checked it carefully.

I know the principles you said, so it confuses me.

What is the complete value you are getting in timestamp field?

It will be in YYYYMMDDhhmmss format

Request number InfoCube UTC Time Stamp in Short Form (YYYYMMDDhhmmss) SID

REQU_4FXQWAEA3J2JYS8MSEYYN56S3 ZRPA_C07 20,091,126,222,358 13,079

They are the values in RSICCONT,and I get Update time 06:23:58 on the management screen of Cube ZRPA_C07 for request 13079.

Thanks a lot.

Question is resolved.

The time stamp in RSICCONT is UTC Time, and I am in UTC+8 Time Zone,so there is 8 hours difference.
