calling transaction using Workflow

Hi Experts,

Please give solution for below scenario.

step 1) when a purchase is released through ME29N, send a mail to person (or) group.

In that mail, i need to send PO number, AMOUNT, DATE.

step 2) Once the mail reach to inbox of target person. he calls transaction F_48 from the mail .

How can i design workflow for above
