Resetting of matrix

There are many columns in matrix of purchase order,sales order,A/P invoice etc.The visibility of

columns is controlled as per requirement of the client.But after some time the columns are gettting

resetted to default.The newly visible columns disppears.This problem occurs to some users.Every

day I have to visit client and rearrange the columns.I am using SAP Business One 2005.PL:41.

That might be a bug. You should upgrade your B1 ASAP to 2007 version. The main stream support for 2005 version would be stopped soon for 2005B or already stopped for 2005A.

The user has to close SAP using FILE>EXIT to ensure settings are saved. Also, some settings are saved in the profile, and are only saved when shutting down the PC.
