BI System Performance

Hi Guru's,

We have BI 7.0 Installed and Was working fine, Suddenly from Past two days if i execute any queries it is taking very long time.

If i check in the SM50 it is showing SAPLRRK0 program, but there is no error in the SM21 ( brain or any such error)

We have not changed any of the parameters.

Please guide me to gothorough the issue,

Hi,

Before Proceeding with the Basis Team try to take some actions from your end.

1. Delete the Un necessary Data from PSA.

- Before deleting the Data from PSA first check teh space occupied by PSA using T-CODE : RZ20.

2. Then contact the Bases team about the space issue and where exatly system running slow.Means on which application getting slow.

Hi,

We have checked the sytems,

Actually the current scenario is like,

We had a system downtime sunday after that most of the queries are taking long time to execute.

when we see the sap system it is showing two reports.

CL_SQL_RESULT_SET=============CP and SAPLRRK0.

Thanks For the Reply i have checked the note..

We have AIX and we are in latest kernel.

As with same setup the system was working fine, further if i see in sm50 it is taking more time in OLAP and cache to execute the report.

Please If you have any document or any information through which i can further analyse the system

Hi Balaji.S,

Get your basis team to check your file system and database. There maybe too much data in the DB.
