How do I get custom attributes from SCIM to display in the User API services?

I have some custom attributes assigned to users in SCIM but I can't figure out how to include it in the response of my user api services.

This is what I currently have in my assertion-based attributes.

The way that I manage to have work is directly checking user by user, using GET AP <ondemand.com/service/users?name_id=email>

e.g.: accounts.ondemand.com/service/users?name_id=elizabethmortonc4c@yahoo.com
