In version 2007 SP01 there is a new functionality whereby you can set up e-mail signatures to be used with outlook integration. On the setup screen you have one tab called 'Common e-mail signature' and another tab called 'company email signature'. Is the 'common' tab used to create the signature used for individuals (so will be different depending on who you're logged into sap as)?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kate
Hi,
The two e-mail signature options in 2007 version indicates
Common-for all company databases on one SAP Business One server installation
Company u2013 for a specific company database
You cannot create e-mail signatures for individual users in the Mail Settings - E-mail Signature window
In order to personalize the e-mail signature, kindly refer SAP note:1163095

I think the difference is - common email signature goes into SBO_Common & applies to all companies on the server, company applies just to teh database you are working on?
This should be available in the help files I think?
