Change PO line item price considering Custom fields added at PO Line Item

Hi Friends,

I have a situation where i need to change the price of PO line item based on some fields and these fields are customer fields and i have included them in a screen using exit MM06E005 ,i know i can affect the price by using routine.

But the problem is at the time of triggering of routine this fields are not yet filled ,can we some how trigger the routine once again after i enter these fields and will these fields be available at the routine please let me know.I have put the fields in customer include of EKPO.

Any ideas will be highly appreciated.
