Refering Business Partner in Journal Entry

Hi everyone,

When entering a journal entry (using Business One 2007B) it gives an option to add G/L Account/BP Name. But on choosing the option it allows us to select only the G/L account.

Is there a way we can link the business partner reference here? If not, what does it mean when it displays an option to select the business partner alongside the G/L account?

If you are new and having some trouble (like all new users), maybe you can go to the Documentation Section on the SAP Portal and download a guide called "SAP Business One to Go" - it is a fairly good guide for a basic introduction to SAP B1 with tips and suggestions, etc...
