How to give Number range directly in production client?

Hi sap experts! Assuming I have just completed all the configurations in Dev client, move the transport request to quality and finally..... to the production client. Can someone please explain on how to give number ranges directly in production client? No range for GL, AR, AP, FA etc etc..... (most blogs/googling says do not transport number ranges from dev-quality-production client) Tcode : SNRO --- says put a object and so on.... I have never done this before and it's my very first time. please give step by step guide? It's a job of FICO consultant but do I need help of abaper or special access?

Ps: it should be same process in ECC 6.0 EHP 7 and S4 hana finance 1709?
