Hi
do you see a field named System in the login screen of the InfoView and in th elogin screen of the CMC?
Are you using the Web Intelligence Rich client?

Hi
can you please log on to the Linux machine here your BOBJ server runs on and look for a directory named tomcat or tomcat55 under the BOBJ installation folder? When you locate this directory look for the following path underneath it:
webapps\InfoViewApp\WEB-INF
In this path you should find a file named web.xml. Open it with vi and look for the following entry:
<context-param>
<param-name>cms.visible</param-name>
<param-value>false</param-value>
</context-param>
change it to
<context-param>
<param-name>cms.visible</param-name>
<param-value>true</param-value>
</context-param>
Save the file, restart the Tomcat and go to the InfoView. Check if the value in the System field is the same as the one you use for the CMC.
Regards,
Stratos
Thanks to all.
Issue has been resolved.
Solution :
We have tried Desktop Intelligence - there we have got error like conectivity to server "SOCKS server".
Afterwards login into server OS level and remove the entries in sockssetup. ( /bobj/bobje/ ./sockssetup).
then after we have tried same and Web Intelligence, the connection was succeeded.

Skiruba.
