Optional holiday

Hi all

We have a holiday calender wherein we have defined 15 holidays.

out of these 12 holidays are confirmed for everyone but 3 holidays are optional holidays wherein employee can choose any one out of those 3 leaves

Kindly guide what to take care of while cnfiguring that.
