Hello All,
There is a service PO and which is having some commitment and account assigned to a perticular WBS.
When we check the Commitment line items in CJE0 - plan actual report, or in CJI5 we are not able to see this perticular PO at all.
I have tried already RKANBU01, RKACOR04, CJEN already, still the problem persists.
When we checked in COOI table Value CO currency is showing as 0, but for other PO's this Value CO curreny is showing the commitment value.
Thansks in advance for your suggestions,
Srihari.G
Hi,
As you said the value of PO in commitment reports (in Co currency is coming zero) the report doesnt show the commaitment (since nomrally the commitments are value based commitments). Please check with the value of PO (in whcih currency the PO is created) and try to correct it in PO itself which will resolve your issue. Hope this adds some value to your issue.
Thanks
Gangappa

Hi

Hi Srihari.G,
There are various scenarios whereby a commitment may not be updated as
expected by the user, without there being a software problem at play.
I would be grateful if you could have a look at the following SAP Notes
to see if any of them are applicable in your case and may explain the
behaviour you are observing (or indicate possible customizing changes /
workarounds to bring the behaviour in line with your expectations):
Particularly consulting note 772206 which includes
useful information on commitment Update in Service Purchase Orders.
47992 No commitment is displayed in reporting
459509 FAQ: Commitments in purchasing
639523 Commitments reduction behavior for Purchasing documents
634298 FAQ: Commitment update in the service
772206 Commitment Update in Service Purchase Orders
I hope this helps
