Create Employee Records in SAP from PeopleSoft

Hi Everyone,

We have a scenarion wherein we will have to migrate employee data from PeopleSoft system to SAP system. We are using IDOC to transfer the data, but we are not sure how to execute the hiring action in SAP and generate the new PERNR as we are currently using internal number range in our system. Also we need to send an intimation to the user after the employee is created in SAP about the new PERNR.
