VF01 Billing output download , out type assigned in BRF+ .

Dear Friends ,

We are working in process of downloading pdf output of invoice (VF01). Which is assigned as output tytpe BILLING_DOCUMENT in BRF+ configurations .

Adobe form is used for the print layout .

In Adobe form properties Z gate way services is assigned and SAP Standard interface SOMU_DEFAULT_INTERFACE is used .

The requirenment is to download the pdf to Application server folder or FTP folder of customer place .

Please help us to write an enhancements or any possible ways to achive this .

the odd printer has nothing do with the new output management. You need to talk to your basis guys and they should provide one. Afterwards maintain your conditions that a second print will be printed on the newly created device. That's it.

I have done it by writing an enhancement .

depends on the case when you need what. It should be possible with a pdf printer and the correct implemented finding rules.

Hi Florian Henninger ,

Can we send Invoice PDF through FTP with BRFplus rules , I'm new to BRFplus .

Our requirement is to send VF01 print out pdf should be placed in customer Server's folder by FTP. Current setup is configured with BRF+ with Adobe forms(Which is used to direct print by clicking PDF icon in VF01 ) .

Please let me know How it shall be achived .
