Dear Gurus,
Please let me know with full configuration how the following leave rules should be configured in SAP.I am sending you the leave rule details.On the basis of that it should be configured and when an employee applies for a leave in ESS on the basis of leave rules his leave should be deducted.
Leave entitlement during an year is as follows:
Privilege Leave: 25,
Casual Leave: 7,
Sick leave: 7.
The eligibility of leave at various stages is as follows:
Category PL CL SL
Trainee No Yes Yes
Probationer No Yes Yes
Confirmed Yes Yes Yes
In case of PL, the probationers earn it from their date of their probation but can avail it only after confirmation.
Privilege leave can be accumulated upto a maximum of 90 days only. Any accumulation beyond 90 days will lapse.
Employees can encash PL every year provided the PL balance exceeds 90 days upto a maximum of 16 days per year. PL is credited in the employeeu2019s account on first of January and July every year.
Unavailed casual leaves will be added to PL every year.
Sick leaves can be accumulated for a maximum of 30 days only.
Sick leave cannot be credited to PL or encashed at any point of time.
Sick leave taken for more than 3 days would require medical certificate from registered medical practitioner.
PL cannot be combined with CL.
CL cannot be combined with SL/PL.
CL cannot be availed for more than 3 days.
