Central Person relationship with Person

Hi,

On hiring an employee, relationship between person and central person is being created automatically.

Even on deleting the "Allowed Relationships" between P and CP for relationship 0209, it is being created automatically.

What is the significance of this relationship and how can it be controlled if I do not want it to be created or it is mandatory that it should be created?
