Upload Photos

Hi all,

I am trying to upload photos through tcode OAOH. In the archive link I am giving Prel as the Business Object & HRICOLFOTO as the document type...After inserting the personnel no, I get this error "HTTP error: 401 Unauthorized".

What could be the reason?
