is it possible auto TO for movement type 561? if so, how ?

Could any one suggest whether auto TO possible or not for movement type 561?

Hi,

Movement Type 561 is used for initial Stock Uploads for when you Go-Live and only once.

In table T158 ,you can check the movement type 561 is assigned to accounting document type WA because WA are "Goods Issues or Other Movements".

WE are Goods Receipt referencing a document (Purchase Order, Production Order etc...)

auto TO for 561 is possible like it is for any other movement.

Question is only: Does it make sense?

if you do a migration or implementation, then the physical warehouse already exists.

So you need to get the stock into exact this bin where it is physically

Auto TO would try to find a bin according to the defined putaway strategy and storage type search rules.

This new setup may not fit for any existing stock.

Hi

Follow the below steps

OMLR - Define Movement type

1) Check Movement Type 561 is assigned to MW reference movement type 561

2) Check LE-WM Interface to inventory management

Add Movement type 561 for the warehouse number and select the apropriate field values

In the Immediate TO creation field, select the indicator A (Start transfer order creation in the background)

Aslo assign the Mail control to get the mail incase of any error in TO creation

OMKX - Activate\Automatic TO Creation. Choose Assign recipient. Choose New Entries and define an indicator for mail control in your warehouse number, and either assign a user name or activate the Document User indicator.
