crystal report XI does not work with VB6

hi there, i installed crystal reort XI recently, but cannot get it to work in VB6 as what crystal 8 did. after i included the crystal activex viewer in project/components, i dont get a crystal report object....where did i go worng> thx for your help.

Open CR designer. Go to the Help | About menu. Does it say PRO, or Developer here?

i dont get a crystal report object....where did i go worng>

need more info on the above then;

1) Search for craxdrt.dll and crviewer.dll do you find these?

2) If you do, register them manually (Start |run regsvr32...)

3) Are you able to see the object in Vb 6 under project references?

hi ludek, i solved that issue by download a sample code. i do have the files that u suggested. what i need is to add the designer component to my project by right clicking the projeect panel on the upper right corner. once that is done, i can see the usual "CrystalReport1" object in VB. thx for you help.
