1099 Form Printing - cannot find the print preview

Hello Guru's,

I have a question about 1099 MISC printing. I am new to this, so please bare with me.

To my best knowledge, I have the Vendor master records setup correctly and the configuration in the system looks to be correct (according to what I can find online).

I have entered into both S_P00_07000134 and SE38 (program RFIDYYWT) and can pull data for vendors which have a 1099 master record w/ posted payments. The report output looks correct (again, to my best knowledge). I am trying to do mock printing in our DEV system of the actual 1099 form and cannot find the Print Preview in either S_P00_07000134 or SE38. The client does not want to send files electronically, thus we are stuck trying to print.

Overview of what I am entering in S_P00_07000134:

- Process Type = US_1099; Output Group = us1; Country Key = US; Reporting Period = 1/1/2016 - 12/31/2016; CoCode = 1000; Fiscal Year = 2016; Extended WH Tax Type = ST (US Federal); Extended WH Tax Code = 16 (State Tax Withheld); Vendor = ******; Print Form 1 = Checked; No of Copies = 1; Ouptut Device = (a printer we know works); Create File = checked; File Name = "Mock 1099 2016" or "SFPF_IDWTCERT_US_1099MISC"

Then I am Executing. Once I execute, I am prompted with a pop-up "Additional Selection for US", I am not entering anything extra here. After hitting the Green Check, I am presented with the report output. I cannot find where the print preview is? I also cannot locate the "Suppress/Display Background Graphics" icon either.

Can someone kindly provide me with the step-by-step procedures to print preview, also if anyone could please provide any other documentation which might help me to learn more about the 1099 processes.
