Hashes (###) instead Cyrillic symbols

Hi, experts!

I have following problem:

I use Crystal Report for presentation BI data. So I use BEx queries as basis for Crystalu2019s reports. When I start my report, Iu2019m getting hashes (######) instead Cyrillic symbols both in data and in fields descriptions. When I login with English language, Iu2019m getting correct Latin symbols. I think the reason is that we are use Unicode codepage in BI system. Maybe someone knows, how to solve this problem?
