Hashes (###) instead Cyrillic symbols

Hi, experts!

I have following problem:

I use Crystal Report for presentation BI data. So I use BEx queries as basis for Crystalu2019s reports. When I start my report, Iu2019m getting hashes (######) instead Cyrillic symbols both in data and in fields descriptions. When I login with English language, Iu2019m getting correct Latin symbols. I think the reason is that we are use Unicode codepage in BI system. Maybe someone knows, how to solve this problem?

what is the language of BW reports you are passing to Crystal Reprots.?

Check if both are same. whatever youare able to see in the BW report in Excel or in portal. you will able to bring it to CR and see it. If not , i guess the language setting would be different or there is some connectivity issue.
