HI,
I am trying to import the SPAM update KD70036. The import aborts at
CHECK_REQUIREMENTS with cause of error QUEUE_NOT_EMPTY.
but when I check the QUEUE is contains only the current SPAM that is being upgrade.
Please you suggest how can I fix this issue to peform my SPAM upgrade.

Hi,
Please do the below activity.
1) You must login with ddic user
2) Uncar this KD70036
with below command in command prompt
c:\users\SAP\trans\> sapcar -xvf KD70036.car
3 It will extract into in folder which is at c:\users\SAP\trans\ESP Folder
4) Run Tcode spam
5 )Go to
Support package
Load Package
From Application server
Select file which we extracted in that In folder
6) Go to
Support package
Import SPAM/SAINT Update
7) Go to
Support package
Confirm
Your SPAM will Upgrade !

Hi,
check your tp version and Kernal version (if required please update) and Re-import the SPAM again. It will work.
If not,
Please clear all queues from the list. PAT01 or PAT02 or PAT03 eighter 2 location the queue will be there. please delete and reimport it.
You can adjust the queue while reimport support package. it will work.

Hello,
This error means that there is an inconsistency in your system in that there are still remains of a previous queue in the transport buffer.
Check your transport buffer via STMS and delete the remaining transports, not only the SPAM queue needs to be empty also the buffer (customer specific transport can remain in the queue).
