Enable FormSettings in User Define form

Dear Sir,

I have created a user define form which is bind with UDO and contains some textbox and matrix. I enable FormSettings menu too...After enabling form setting I change some setting in matrix. It works for single time only. If I reopen the form all the settings overrides to actual settings instead of Form Settings.

Can anybody flash on this topic...
