I was asked to change the order of the item fields in transaction FB70 and FB75. So I tried it via the enjoy-button, but there we can't change the order of the fields.
You can create your own variant for FB70 or FB75, first arrange your required fields in order with the help of mouse and select right top button of line itmes (configuration) and create variant.
