Business partners from C4C to Marketing

Hello experts,

We have established the connection between C4C and Marketing Cloud for business partners, but I need to know how the system activates or triggers the sending of data from C4C to Marketing. Is there a job that I should schedule or something? I need to know to test the integration.

Hi,

As soon as a business partner is created at C4C side and Communication Scenarios are correctly scoped with required comunication system the replication to Mkt should be triggered via SOAP web service to Middlleware. This can be seen in "Wen Service Monitoring" at C4C side.

There is no job scheduled which trigger the replication to mkt since it is a automated proces using SOAP as carrier which triggers upon the BP modification at C4C.

I have an issue with the business partner replication from C4C to marketing the error is the following : BusinessPartnerReplicationSelfInitiatedOut

SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 401: - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")

Hi,

HTTP-401 is a generic error and it generally means that when triggering call from C4C to CPI connection, there is an authentication issue from CPI. Hence please check the CPI user configrued in C4C communciaiton arrangement. Also make sure CPI user has esbmessaging.send role assign.

Puedes ver en la APP Acuerdos de Comunicación de que tengas el Acuerdo de corresponde a BP, por lo general a veces el integrador hace ese paso, si note toca como el funcional colocarlo y él debe dar uno datos que se incluyen en el acuerdo.
