Dear colleagues!
When incident is created In our ITSM system in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 then an e-mail is sent to support team. An e-mail is sent with PPF. How to send these e-mails with attachments (files), which are assigned to the incident?

In SM 7.1 the only attachment that can be sent is the knowledge article within the incident.
I did not see any new feature regarding the attachments in 7.2.
To me this would require custom development.
