Reporting a problem to SAP

Hi Guys,

I want to raise a message in SAP requesting for help.

When i go to service.sap.com/message , i get the link ..where it says " Report Product Problem".

Is this from where we send the message, or is there any other route from where we contact SAP for resolution of the issues faced in the system.
