Reporting a problem to SAP

Hi Guys,

I want to raise a message in SAP requesting for help.

When i go to service.sap.com/message , i get the link ..where it says " Report Product Problem".

Is this from where we send the message, or is there any other route from where we contact SAP for resolution of the issues faced in the system.

If SAP solution manager is installed in your org.

you may use that

otherwise, your provided link is the best one.

This is the right place to report an error (only, I believe, it's said 'Report a Product Error')...
